I absolutely love starting my day next to the lake, a little bit of freedom before the obligations of the work day begin. We're so fortunate to have such an incredible natural setting in Chicago. This morning, I got out of my car and saw that the water and sky were the exact same color, only the texture changed slighly at the horizon. While I was taking that in, I saw a couple walking along the revetment, silhouetted against the sunrise.
