I'm currently Dircetor of Product Management at Leap, a platform building a totally new model for retail real estate by leasing, operating, and optimizing brick-and-mortar retail stores for growing brands.

As a PM and a leader in our tech organization, I work across front-end and back-end teams to ship products and features that solve problems and change the way some of the most exciting brands in the world operate retail stores. I also lead our Integration function, a customer-facing team that builds and maintains our commerce platform integrations.

I was previously Integration Manager at Leap. As Integration Manager, I reported to our Head of Product and led a hybrid function that provided technical, product, and operational expertise to our partner brands and internal teams.

Before Leap I was Senior Program Manager, Sales Strategy at Sprout Social. I sat on our Sales Operations team and guided strategies that helped our revenue teams make more money more efficiently. I created this role after two years in Customer Success.

On the Success team, I helped some of our most exciting customers and brands get the most out of our app. In just over three years as a PM, I helped design our processes around customer acquisition, renewal, winbacks, collections, and account routing. I launched projects like a renewed in-app cancellation flow, live sales chat widgets, customer surveys, automated ROE enforcement, internal newsletters, too many Salesforce tweaks to count, and much more.

Before Sprout, I spent slightly over two years at News America Marketing (now Neptune Retail Solutions) in progressively senior sales roles, working across at-home and in-store consumer promotions teams. I've also worked at The Resumator (now JazzHR) as Buzz Marketing Manager and Associate Marketing Manager, and Verizon Wireless in retail sales roles.
